Mike Bomstein was part of the legal team that engaged me on behalf of two brothers who had a dispute with their brother over the handling of finances involving numerous family real estate partnerships. The dispute was in the millions of dollars. Throughout the matter, Mike remained the main counsel and worked well with the entire team. A TRO hearing was held in the matter and I testified. It was a hotly contested hearing with tensions flaring on both sides and Mike did a great job and was extremely well prepared in all aspects. Ultimately, Mike was very instrumental in getting the parties to settle and his clients were quite happy with the result.
