FAQs
- How do you charge for your services?
- How can I know if your firm will win or settle my case?
- How easy is it to get to your offices?
A: Our fees are based on the amount of time actually spent on your case, the complexity of the work, and the results achieved. Some work is done on an hourly or fixed fee basis. Other matters are handled on a contingent fee basis, with no monies paid by you until the case is successfully concluded. We will be glad to discuss the nature of your case with you and to make suitable fee arrangements. There is no charge for this type of consultation.

Q: How can I know if your firm will win or settle my case?
A: We will provide you with a professional assessment. Some lawyers give clients reason to believe that their suit is a "slam-dunk." At Pinnola & Bomstein, we believe it is important to let clients know both the strengths and weaknesses of their cases so that clients are in a better position to evaluate the probable outcome. We will work together to maximize results. Having been in practice more than 30 years each, we can give you the benefit of top-notch legal representation and close contact with the lawyer who is handling your case. Many of our cases are taken on a "contingency" basis, which means that the better you do in the suit the better we do.

Q: How easy is it to get to your offices?
A: Our Center City office is located at Suite 2126 in the Land Title Building at 100 South Broad Street (Broad and Chestnut). For clients taking public transportation, it's easy to get here. New Jersey clients can take the Patco line to 15th and Locust. Philadelphia regional rail clients can get off at the Suburban Station stop, walk up to street level at 16th and Market; then, it is only a few blocks up to Chestnut and a few more over to Broad. Chestnut Street buses stop at the corner of Broad. From North Philadelphia, you can take the "C" bus down and get off at Chestnut or take the Broad Street subway to the Walnut-Locust stop and just walk a block up to Broad and Chestnut.
If you are driving in, there are several parking facilities nearby. You can exit the Vine Street Expressway (Route 676) at Broad Street and head south. There’s an open lot on 15th at Chestnut and there’s a garage on 15th just south of Walnut.
The Elkins Park office is located at Church Road and Old York Road in Elkins Park. If you are coming from Philadelphia, the 55 bus stops right outside the office.
