Michael Bomstein, has decades of experience in trial and appellate matters. In 2006, Michael Bomstein settled a medical malpractice suit against the Veterans Affairs Medical Center for $2 million. Although plaintiff’s cases comprise a substantial portion of the firm’s practice, Pinnola & Bomstein also defend individuals and companies that have been sued in state or federal courts. Our business litigation practice typically consists of breach of contact cases, partnership disputes, construction disputes, stock brokerage problems and complex litigation matters. Real estate litigation is also a substantial part of the firm’s practice.
