In a protracted lawsuit that wound its way to the Pennsylvania Superior Court, Bomstein successfully defended against a quiet title claim that would have invalidated a million dollar mortgage.

In a complicated party wall case involving an apartment developer and an adjacent property owner, he successfully defended the property owner both at trial and on appeal in the Pennsylvania Superior Court. In a suit between a buyer and a seller of Main Line real estate, the buyer claimed that an error in the deed description meant that its bank could not foreclose on him.
